The use of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.

Customers displaying clear signs of drug use or alcohol intoxication will not be allowed to board the vehicle.

3. Booking and Payment

Payment: Payment for services must be completed at the time of booking via the available payment methods on the website.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours before the service will receive a 75% refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

For rescheduling, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
